What is a step like?

How do you use a step?

You can move on and around the step, doing jumps, rotations, half-turns, mambo or salsa steps, arm movements (sometimes with small dumbbells to intensify the effort), etc. A session lasts about 35 to 45 minutes, depending on the level, and you learn to perform a choreography composed of a multitude of steps, from the simplest (like the basic step for example) to the most elaborate. The goal is to take advantage of a complete course, soliciting all the muscles, in a playful and friendly atmosphere.
